A quick bit of graffiti artwork from underneath (near to) the Spaghetti Junction. Looks quite evil. That's why I called it devil boy. Not sure what the 9 in the middle of the forehead means or stands for. For those who don't know, the Spaghetti Junction is a series of high speed roads, an interchange, located in Birmingham, UK.
